- I presume you mean the "what was" Ramiga Tower, now to be made by
- micro-someoneortheother... It's only comes with Zorro 2, I'm afraid...
- The basic jist is: you open your 1200 up, put the motherboard in a pc tower
- case (on end), with all the ports, out the back, PCMCIA at the base with a
- right angle adaptor so you can use it... an expansion card slots onto the "was"
- trapdoor slot and houses (i think) five zorro slots, this expansion card has a
- pass through, so that you can still use your accelerator.. your current disk
- drive is put on an adaptor plate, and used as the first floppy... the front has
- a door A4000T style, a reset button (hard), a speed display (which you
- configure, and say 99 MHz), and a turbo button, which should disable the
- accelerator (early versions didn't work)... The whole unit is powered by a 200
- watt supply... you can either use a standard pc keyboard of buy a housing for
- your current one...
-
- unfortunately... cost approx 500ukp!!! but still cheaper than an A4000T...
